Skin Cancer Screening & Lesion Removals

Dr. Bailey provides a full skin cancer screening test in her office for about the cost of a co-pay ($50). She will advise you on lesions suspicious or diagnostic of skin cancer and can perform surgical removals and biopsies as needed.

She has availability of appointments without the long wait. Pathology services are fully covered by all insurances. Dr. Bailey has extensive experience with delicate facial lesion removals. She offers prescriptions for common dermatologic skin conditions such as acne, rosacea and rashes.

Age Spot, Sun Damage & Pigment Removals

Our advanced laser system delivers the heat/light energy gently to the upper layers of the skin. The energy is absorbed by the tissues, which stimulates collagen production, and dissolves the pigment under the surface without burning or peeling.

There is noticeable improvement after one session although a series of 3 to 6 sessions may be needed depending on the depth and duration of the pigment in your skin. There is no down time and you can apply makeup immediately.

You will notice less lines and smoother skin surface with these easy 15 min sessions! Ongoing laser sessions only twice a year can reverse the aging process.

Studies show that after 5 years of sessions, 2 per year, your skin looks 10 years younger!

Laser Treatment of Veins, Rosacea & Redness

Our advanced laser system targets redness, broken capillaries, and rosacea by shutting down the inflammatory process and closing off the vessels. Visible results with one 15 min session and no downtime! Ongoing sessions are advised with approximately 4 to 6 to eliminate adult rosacea.

Dr. Bailey will advise on additional prescription therapies to treat rosacea as indicated. Use of sunscreen is mandatory for optimal results. Most skin types are treatable in all areas of the body.

Acne Treatment with Blue Light & Laser

Our laser system can treat resistant acne in teens and adults and eliminate the scars from previous or ongoing acne. The sessions are done weekly for a series of six sessions to effectively kill the bacteria under the skin surface (blue light) and reverse the swelling of the pustules, cysts, and redness (yellow light) and stimulate collagen to fill in scars (red light). The results are long lasting with only a session every 3 or 4 months after the initial series. No need for ongoing antibiotics!!

Consult may be scheduled with Dr. Bailey or nurse Lisa who has been performing the laser sessions for over ten years!

Permanent Hair Removal & Folliculitis Treatment

Our advanced laser system is a rapid, highly selective hair removal process that removes pigmented hair. The light energy penetrates the skin to the level of the hair follicle and destroys it without damage to surrounding skin tissues. This treatment can remove hair from all areas of the body and is effective at eliminating shaving bumps/folliculitis permanently! Hair needs to be in the active growth phase to be eliminated and therefore multiple sessions over time are required. (Monthly for 4 to 8 sessions). No aesthetics are required and patients must avoid plucking during the treatment process.

Botox Facial Line Elimination™

Botox is approved for treatment of lines of the forehead, glabellar (between brows) and the crows feet in both men and women.

Botox is a protein that blocks nerve impulses to the muscles in which it is injected. Once the muscles are relaxed, then the lines that were caused by the muscle action, smooth out and are eliminated, or are much less noticeable. Botox is currently the number one aesthetic procedure today and widely used not only for facial lines but also for migraine headaches and to control sweating under the arms.

The procedure is quick, lasting 10 min or less, using tiny needles in select muscles. The effects take five to seven days and last about 4 months or more. There is minimal injection site bruising and it is well tolerated.

Dermal Fillers: Restylane™, Juvederm™, Voluma™ & Vobella™

All dermal fillers are made up of hyaluronic acid particles, a substance naturally produced in the body and found in cells and joint fluids. These products are injected into the dermis and deep tissues of the face to instantly restore volume that depletes naturally during the aging process.

Visible, immediate results occur with the elimination of marionette and smile lines with both Restylane and Juvederm ultra plus. These fillers can also be injected into the upper cheeks to add fullness and give an instant lift to the upper face! These long tested fillers are safe and last from 12 to 18 months typically.

We use Voluma to create even more volume for the cheeks, which lasts around 2 years. For natural looking lips, and to treat the lines above and near the lips, I use Vobella. Vobella lip filler is very smooth and doesn’t give a bulky look to the lips.

The results are amazing with all dermal fillers with the proper technique being the determining factor here.

Dr. Bailey has experience for over 18 years injecting dermal fillers with excellent results.

Microneedling for Skin Rejuvenation

Medical Microneedling is done by an experienced nurse using sterilized micro needles in a rapid pen device to create thousands of tiny perforations in the upper dermis. The treatment depth is precisely controlled and is safely performed on all skin types with use of numbing cream for total comfort. Hyaluronic serum is worked into the tiny perforations to give the skin super hydration and collagen stimulation. Benefits include less lines, less scars, less pigment and dramatic tightening of skin. Optimal results with a series of 4 to 5 sessions monthly and home skin care with polyphenols and hyaluronic acid serums.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is an easy, natural method to dramatically exfoliate the skin without chemicals. Our system uses a diamond encrusted wand with gentle suction to exfoliate and remove dead cells and clean out pores. This treatment is highly effective both for acne and oily skin as well as dry, rough, aging skin. Your skin will be baby smooth and clean, and pore size will shrink.

These are 30 min appointments and can be combined with a facial or light chemical peel if desired. Makeup can be applied immediately afterwards and skin is noticeably softer and smooth. Ongoing affordable, monthly treatments can restore a more youthful appearance and allow skin care products to be more effective.

Laser Skin Tightening

Our skin-tightening laser uses infrared energy to deeply stimulate dermal collagen production resulting in increased firmness, tightness and less lines and wrinkles. We have used these sessions on the face, neck, upper arms, hands and abdomen where skin is lacking firmness. The sessions feel like a deep heat massage.

Multiple 30 to 40 minute sessions over time (4 to 6) are recommended for best results. This treatment is safe for all skin types and there is no down time. These sessions can be combined with microdermabrasion or microneedling. Ask about our current discounts on these procedures!

Medspa Facials

We are now offering Medspa facials that have proven benefits including Dr. Pugliese Circadia line of Oxygen facials, Enzyme masks for gentle exfoliation, and SWiCH facials, all of which are alternatives to chemical peels for sensitive skin. Facials are relaxing as well as therapeutic and are available on select Saturdays as well as select evenings. Chemical peels or microdermabrasion can be combined with a facial.
